Employer Standards Health Check run by the Local Government Association (LGA).

The annual 2024 Health Check for the Local Government Association is being run by WorkInConfidence on behalf of the LGA during February and early March 2024.  This covers:

• Social Workers Registered with Social Work England
• Social Care Workers
• Occupational Therapists

If you are being asked to complete the survey a link will be sent to you by your Local Authority or other organisation.

Please be sure you complete the right survey for your job role.  This will have been made clear in any mail to you with a survey link and can also be checked in the header of the survey.

Privacy

WorkInConfidence does not have your name or email address.   The survey link is distributed by your organisation so we do not need these.

If you complete the survey your responses are not attached to your Name/Email.  

Where you are asked questions about yourself (like gender) information about responses will only be analysed in groups of ten or more.
