WorkInConfidence Limited is proud to announce it has joined the UK Government’s G-Cloud 12 Framework, facilitating faster and more efficient roll-out of their WorkInConfidence PULSE platform to the public sector. G-Cloud 12 offers a straightforward roll-out, and cost-effective, simple procurement process.
WorkInConfidence is radically changing the face of communications in organisations by removing the fear of standing out and letting people easily discuss concerns, share ideas or give feedback to management – whether it is raising a problem anonymously, contributing a great idea or giving feedback on engagement and performance.
The goal for WorkInConfidence is to help organisations improve their Organisation Health; increasing employee involvement and feedback which enhances management understanding. Enabling organisations to improve levels of employee engagement and performance whilst mitigating problems associated with bullying and harassment.
WorkInConfidence currently supports a number of public-sector clients, such as Barts Health NHS Trust, The Newcastle-Upon-Tyne NHS Foundation Trust and St Helens and Knowsley teaching Hospitals NHS trust.
We look forward to working with increasing numbers of public sector organisations to give staff and stakeholders a better voice and provide management with greater insights, so they can deliver enhanced performance with reduced risk. Since G-Cloud 11, our PULSE platform has undergone significant enhancements to staff survey tools, case management and reporting – Tim Martin, CEO, WorkInConfidence Limited
G-Cloud is an initiative of the UK Government, providing public-sector bodies with a cloud-based platform for procuring, rolling out, and supporting new systems that overcome system incompatibilities in large organisations. G-Cloud 12 is the latest iteration of this cloud-based platform providing cloud-hosting, cloud software, and cloud support.
Conversations raised through WorkInConfidence regularly bring important matters to light and the platform has enabled us to resolve issues for people, helping them to remain with the Trust. WorkInConfidence has also provided opportunities for our people to raise suggestions and give feedback which has been really valuable. – Julie Dawes, Chief Nurse Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
