The Top 50 Game Changers list, compiled by ConnectTVT, celebrates Thames Valley as the home of leading innovators in digital technologies. The list honours the start-ups and scale-ups who have excelled as pioneers in tech-based businesses.

Now in its third year, the list recognises those within the region who disrupt bad practice; laying the path for better working environments, relationships, and efficiencies.

WorkInConfidence uses digital media and web-based technologies to enhance performance, productivity, and transparency in the workplace. They promote openness with feedback systems that guarantee anonymity, as well as digital structures that help to amplify all employee’s voices equally; regardless of their position within the organisation.

SpeakInConfidence is WorkInConfidence’s anonymous feedback platform, enabling whistleblowing and two-way dialogue between staff and management. TwoWayVision maximises the adequacy and summation of employee engagement surveys.

As one of the 50 Game Changers, WorkInConfidence joins a community of future-facing businesses who have invested in the Thames Valley region; looking to collectively and individually drive change through product and service innovation.

The list was launched in 2016 by ConnectTVT founder, Louize Clarke, and was created to make Thames Valley’s digital ecosystem more visible and accessible. Previous Changers include Fairsail, Oxford Nanopore, and Datasift, who have used the visibility that the list has given them to attract new acquisitions and millions of pounds in funding.

ConnectTVT stated that this year’s cohort has been the strongest to date. They have, collectively, secured over £55m in funding in the last 12 months. The programme is supported by Henley Business School, EY, FSE, and Fora.
