Reflection on 2018

As this year has unfolded it has not been without its headlines of bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace, Westminster, NHS staff, care homes and the latest to hit the news; Ted Baker.  Poor governance saw Patisserie Valerie in trouble and we still have a huge gender pay gap and inequality in the workplace to contend with.
