SpeakInConfidence has developed an innovative online dialogue system that allows staff in organisations to discuss matters with management in an anonymous way. It is aimed at enhancing organisational communication and governance. The management team are highly experienced in social media, technology, human capital management and governance.

The company has clients in both the public and private sector as organisations look to reap the benefits of better communication with their staff and demonstrate best practice in governance.

From an engagement perspective the system compliments the existing survey systems organisations use with immediacy and the ability to have a protected dialogue. At a governance level, organisations are looking to enhance their practices to meet regulatory changes and societal expectations. On the technical side the system requires minimal set up by the organisation, is highly scalable and secure.

The founder and Chief Executive, Tim Martin, has a long term interest in both managing business and optimising performance, as well as running highly scalable internet business. Until late 2012 Tim was Managing Director of Brightsolid Online Publishing, running web based business with in excess of £25m turnover and taking it into three new territories in the last 18 months.

The company has pulled together an experienced team, including Neil Thompson as CTO. Neil has over 25 years experience of working with development teams delivering high quality software, most recently with mobility specialist AppSwing, which he founded, and 2LS recruitment software.

The team have exciting plans for SpeakInConfidence both in the short term and over the next three to five years, which Jenson are delighted to be involved in.
